How exactly does a psychic mediumship reading work?

During a reading session I am accessing the information provided by your spirit guides and loved ones on the other side. This information is provided to me through visual and verbal cues as well as impressions of feelings I’ve experienced here in the physical world. I tie all of this information together to deliver the messages from spirit to you.

 

How does a phone reading differ from an in-person reading?

They don’t actually differ. Because the work I do is energy based there is no real difference between the way the reading itself is conducted. The information from your guides and loved ones flows the same.

How does a Zoom or FaceTime reading work?

These virtual readings are conducted in the same manner as an in-person reading. Because this is energy work, there are no constraints with time and distance. The information flows the same and the words conveyed are not distrusted by the use of technology.

 

I’m interested in a reading. How do I make that happen?

You may book through this website. Or, if you need additional time options not offered online, you may certainly reach out to me via text message or email.

 

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my reading?

No items or preparation are needed prior to your session. I simply ask my clients to come with an open heart and an open mind to receive the messages their guides and loved ones have to share.

 

Can I record my reading?

I always encourage my clients to record our sessions. This can be done using your mobile device or by simply taking notes throughout the session. (I believe zoom offers recordings, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to retrieve the recordings if I’m using a mobile device)

I am interested in contacting loved ones who have passed on. Is that something you do?

Certainly, I cannot of course guarantee your loved ones will come through during a session, but I will make every effort to connect with them during your session.

Does everyone have spirit guides?

Yes, several in fact. We all have a team of souls who have chosen to walk this life journey with us from birth to death.

 

Do you work with past lives?

Yes, we all have many lives. During a session we can access a few of your past lives to help understand your position in this life.

 

Can my reading give me advice for attracting the right partner?

Yes, but I always warn about providing predictions of the future as it is ever-changing. The information I derive from your guides is typically geared toward what you need to do within yourself to manifest a partner into your lift. Many times the Universe is waiting on you to be fully ready to receive this specific type of love. It’s up to you though to do the work to get to this point.

 

Does my reading address my career or job opportunities?

It can. Typically a session will touch on your career and opportunities that may exist in the future to either move into a new career or we can analyze what blocked energy may resides within you that is holding you back from progressing in your current field.

Do you read animals as well as humans?

I do not, I leave animal readings to those who are called to do so. Although it’s not uncommon for a past fur-family member to wander into a session now and again.

 

Why are you called The Mindful Medium?

The basis of my work is embedded in mindfulness. Allowing myself to be fully present in the moment helps me to connect with spirit and the information they have to share with you.

How many years have you been practicing?

I have been practicing my work professionally for over a decade. During this time I’ve been blessed to grow my gifts and reach hundreds of individuals to provide loving messages from their guides and loved ones on the other side.

 

Do you have any certifications?

I do! Aside from a college education in organizational leadership, I also am a Reiki Master, as well as an advanced Akashic Records Practitioner. My work in mediumship was born out of my prior-trainings. It wasn’t something I sought out to do or become “certified in.” I always tell people, “mediumship is something you are gifted with, it cannot be taught or acquired by just anyone.”

How did you know you were a medium?

Honestly, I didn’t at first. Since I was young I could see and sense things others could not, but I didn’t know how to process what I was experiencing so I shut my gifts out for many years. It wasn’t until I was in my mid-twenties that I came to understand and grow my gifts.

 

Do you help or train others to understand their psychic powers?

Yes, I host classes as well as mentorship programs. I hope with the expansion of my virtual presence I will be able to assist others in understanding and developing their gifts within a virtual setting in the near future.
